In Clinical Supervision, we strive to provide GROWTH (*Guidance, Regulatory, Opportunities, Wealth, Teaching, & Help*). This is where clinical trained providers will gain: *Guidance* while sharpening their clinical skillset, acquiring a better understanding of *Regulatory* guidelines, *Opportunities* to explore the impact of fundamental beliefs on their clinical practice, access to a *Wealth* of knowledge and experiences acquired over 20 years of clinical practice, further develop techniques through *Teachable *moments, and *Help* using evidence-based practice models throughout the developmental process.
